Human Rights

PriceHorne will respect and promote human rights. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to us, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated. In addition, any proprietary or confidential information disclosed to us will be used only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

Insider Trading

We will not trade shares or other securities on the basis of material nonpublic information which we may learn in connection with our duties or any transaction we are involved in. In addition, we will not offer benefit or advantage to any third party by using any such information.

Fair Dealing

Every member of the PriceHorne team will deal fairly with our clients. None will take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse or privileged information, misrepresentation of facts, or any other dishonest practice.

Gifts & Bribes

PriceHorne will not pay or offer to pay bribes or illicit payments to government officials, politicians or other political players in order to obtain or retain business.

Conflicts of Interest

We disclose all actual and potential conflicts of interest prior to entering into any business discussions or negotiations. Thereafter, we will not take any actions that could have our interests interfere in any way with the interests of our clients.
